The Action Center is an area in Windows 10 that contains notifications and
shortcuts to frequently used settings. In the latest version of Windows 10,
the Action Centre icon is located on the bottom-right corner of your
computer's screen.
You can open the Action Centre by pressing Windows + A.
When you open the Action Center, a panel slides out from the right edge of
the screen. It is split into two sections - Notifications at the top and
Quick Actions at the bottom. These sections can be navigated using a
combination of the tab and arrow keys. Items can be selected using the Space
Bar or Enter Key.
The Notifications section displays any new notifications from third party or
system apps, including incoming email. The Quick Actions section provides
you with several quick action tiles you can use to for example, turn on/off
Bluetooth, turn on/off Airplane mode, change the brightness of your screen,
or project your screen onto another monitor. These are several other quick
action tiles.
The Windows Action Centre is a helpful feature in Windows 10 and can save
you from otherwise having to dig around your computer settings to find them.
