Hi Ricky,

This can happen occasionally if windows does a genuine activation check and the 
internet wasn't or isn't fully loaded in at the time. Just ignore it.

Ricky.
Have you got windows reinstalled lately in a shop, if so they did not use a 
genuine windows disk and if this is the case, you won't be able to update any 
part of windows.
Let me know if this is in fact the case please.
