Hi Tom, Paul Traynor put this out some time ago. I hope you find it useful.

Adding Names to the Address Book.

There are two ways in which to add a name to your address book.

a. by arrowing to a message in your inbox and adding it directly from that

or

b. going into address book and adding it in yourself.

I have outlined both ways here in this message.

First adding directly from a message received from a new contact.

1. While in the "inbox" arrow down or up to the person you just received a

message from and whom you wish to add to your address book.

2. while on that message and by the way, you "don't open the message" just

sit on it as it is". Press your "application key", "third key" from the

"right

of the spacebar".

3. From the resulting menu that pops up, arrow down to the choice that says

something like "add contact to address book" and hit enter key.

Thats it!
