Layout doesn't exist there in Microsoft outlook.  I don't use Outlook, so 
i'd rather have someone who uses it answer your question.

Now tab to "contacts" which is probably not checked. Check it with

spacebar. Your address book should now show up, after the list view of

messages, when you press tab.
