Tom I have pasted below keystrokes Cerbhall sent to the list a long time back. Congratulations on getting your apple keyboard. Is this a full-size apple keyboard or is it the Bluetooth rigid Apple keyboard or on the other hand is it a folding blue tooth keyboard distributed by Apple? You should find it easy to move around the iPhone screen with the "Navigation Quick Keys". This is a feature that acts like a screen review mode. You enter Navigation quick keys by pressing the left and right cursor keys at the same time. If you get this right you should hear "Quick nav on" When you hear this, you can then move around the iPhone screen using the cursor keys. To select an icon, just press the up and down cursor keys together and the app will open for you. For your reference, here is a full set of key instructions that were posted to the iPhone list earlier this year. You could try them out and see which keys are useful for you. If you need clarification on any of the actions jsut ask and I will be happy to clarify the action. To distinguish between the keystroke adn the action it produces I have inserted a tab ( ) character so that the keystroke or combination of strokes is to the left of the tab and the action is to the right on that line. I recommend turning VoiceOver help on while experimenting with any of the keystrokes below. this is a safe way of finding out if the key does what this list says it does! Hi everyone. I've just bought an apple keyboard to use with my iphone and have got it to the point where it is connected, I can move round the iphone using the arrow keys on the keyboard and that's about it. Is there something else I have to do to make the keyboard work properly. I've done what the people in the compu b shop told me to do but I can't open any apps with it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance Damien. =========================================================== The vicsireland mailing list To unsubscribe at any time send a mail to: vicsireland-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word "unsubscribe", without the quotes in the subject of the message.
