hello friends, i'm sure some people on this list are members of audible, i'd just like to know if anyone is having problems downloading books, or even getting in to their account, i've been an audible member for years now, but it's only over the past three months or so that i have been having problems, i have all my details correct, user name, password, etc, i've made a number of telephone calls, finish up talking to someone in jamaica or california, and they don't have a clue about blind people and technology, it's so frustrating, any suggestions?? take care, god bless, travel safely, joe.
