I an happy to look at it for you' sounds like it is a document scanned in as an
image. You will not be able to convert it. You could ask the person who sent it
to you if they are a company or organisation amd ask if they can send it again
in an accessible format. Other than that you can print it out amd scan it in
again using OCR software.

Hi all,
have been sent an email with a pdf attachment but for some reason when i press
enter to open the pdf document, nothing happens..all jaws says is, document
being processed !
Has anyone any ideas on what to do ?
