[vip_students] computer backup

hi folks just wondering if i did a complete windows backup to an external hard
drive will it back up my windows live mail account and contacts as well or do i
have to back these up to my desktop aswell before i do a complete backup.
also does anyone have a link to download outlook express for windows 7.
