Hi Susan

 

There is nothing wrong with those files that couldn't be sorted. This is due
to the fact that they are system files. These are special files that are
responsible for loading up your computer and as such they must not be moved.
Windows Defragment software is intelligent enough to realise their
importants and won't touch them. Have no worries about this and clap
yourself on the back for a job well done girl!.

I have just successfully defragged my computer by following your
instructions that you sent me in an email.

 

however jaws says that there is some files that cannot be sorted.

 

why is this? is there a way that they can be sorted?
