[vip_students] defragging the computer

Hello list members,
I'm afraid I am another person who must appeal to the goodness of the list
membership for help. I inadvertently deleted Paul's E-mail which
gave instructions on how to defrag your computer. having left it in my
in-box
to try it out at a later time . Unfortunately, I am unable to retrieve it
as I deleted it into cyber space together with all the spam which comes with
the rest of the mail. I wonder if anybody would be so good as to let me
have it and I promise to mind it this time.
