Hi Thomas, I am not sure whats going on there with your attachments but
maybe you could send me a word attachment from guide and I will see if it
comes in blank to me, then we can do some further exploring of the problem
after that.

Hi list members,
by any chance does anyone out there use guide, my problem is that on two
occasions recently I tried sending an e-mail to someone with an attachment
in microsoft word. the person said they received the attachment but it was
blank. does anyone have any suggestions as to why this happened? I am using
guide version two.
