Tom, A handy way to do this is to tab back up to the "From" tab. Then press left arrow once to be sure that you are fully on the name of the person who sent the message. Press the application key (next to the right control key). This will open the context menu and then arrow up until you hear "add to contacts". Press enter and this will add the person's name and their email address to the Address book.
