Susan,
From the message list, press alt-v for view. Then right-arrow. Then Up-arrow once. Does it say "view messages hgy conversation, checked"? Press enter to uncheck that, unless you deliberately set it.

when any new emails come in to my in box they appear in the middle of my list instead of at the bottom of the list. can some one help me get them coming in to the bottom of the list again?
