Hi Tom, Yes, this happens to me from time to time, more particularly when
email to the far East. I had occasion to use email to order techy things
from taiwan and the emails regularly evaporated! Normally, I would get a
reply next day from this source but when I enquired of them by phone, they
wer adamant that they had replied by email but I never got it. Now maybe
they were lying but I didn't think so.
If you think your provider is at fault, you can test this by sending
yourself an email. If it comes back to you in a few mins then your problem
is further afield.
