Hi Vincent,

Here's exactly what I do to get up the notifications;

1. Locate the carrier name in my case, "Vodafone" located at the top left
side of the screen.
2. Tap it once with my index finger.
3. Do my three finger swipe down and I have my notifications.

Paul.

Hi Vincent,

When I do a three finger swipe down from the top of my IPhone screen I get
up the notifications, maybe you could try this and see if it works for you.

Paul.
