[vip_students] jaws

hi folks,
for some reason jaws didn't come on when i turned on the computer, it always
does it is set up to do this. i hit the windows key p for programs and hit j
twice and then enter, then jaws came on, can some one tell me how to change
it back to coming on again when i turn on the computer.
why did this change?
