Hi Vincent,

Sounds to me like you have a virus on there. You are going to need sighted
help as you can try the following;

Perform a system restore.
*. Go into safe mode and  do the system restore from there.
*. You could also do an anti virus scan of your computer from safe mode.

You will need sighted help for this.

hi folks using old computer to write this.
i cant seem to access my computer. i can enter password to enter computer
but then i cant get into my start button.
when i press insert f4 to restart jaws it says unloading jaws nothing
happens.
same with windows t to get to task bar. same with insert f11 to get to
system tray and same with windows m to get to desk top all i can do is press
control alt and delete to turn off computer to restart can anyone help
please. thanks.
