Hi Seoirse,

In relation to your question about downloading jaws updates, it is at least
to my knowledge the following:

Lets say you purchased jaws 7 in Jan of this year. Over the period of the
next 6 or 8 months after you purchased the product, then you can update free
of charge. So for example there may be an update to jaws called "jaws 7.1
and again later in the year there may be another update of jaws called jaws
7.2. If you had purchased an "SMA, Service Maintenance Agreement" with your
jaws then you will et the next "upgrade of jaws" which might be jaws 8.0
Please note in my message above the words "updates and the word upgrade". An
update of jaws usually means a free update but an upgrade of jaws usually
means a paid upgrade.

Also if you are using a version of jaws older than version "6.0" then you
can check within the jaws help menu and press enter on the "about" choice in
there to see if you still have an update left to download.

Hope this helps.

In versions of jaws from "6.0" onwards you can go into the help menu and
arrow down to the option where it says "check for updates" to see if you are
entitled to another version of jaws.

Paul.
