Hi Vincent,

When you reach a graphic in a document or software application you place
your cursor on where you find the unlabeled graphic and use keys, "control +
letter G". This will then ask you to type in a name for that graphic so go
ahead and type in something meaningful at this point. When you are finished,
just press the enter key.
Vincent, if you don't hear jaws say something like "graphic 246 for example then I would doubt if you will be able to label those graphics as you won't
know where the label is when you are arrowing down through the word
document. Please note everyone, this is where lack of accessibility is built into these exams and the exam papers need serious work done on them to try
and sort out these problems.

Paul.

Subject: [vip_students] labeling a graphic

hello guys and girls

I am still having trouble labeling my graphic's in word. I wonder if anyone
out there knows how to label a graphic. what I have to do is part of the
course I am doing. there is about five pictures in a word document that I am
working on. when I go down through the document jaws does not say anything
for these pictures. what I need to do is select these pictures and delete
them and move them. there is a way of a sighted person doing this . so if
anyone knows can you please tell me please. many thanks.

regards
Vincent
