[vip_students] mail settings font confusion

hi folks
my mail font seems to be a recurring issue.
what i need is
1 on my own computer all my display settings are white font on black and i
want to keep them that way.
2 i want the receivers of my e mail to see the message white font on black
background.
now i havnt changed my settings as some people see my messages no bother,
white font on black,
i think the confusion is that sometimes my outlook express replies in the
settings of a sender and resets my settings?
any assistance much appreciatedd in resolving this for once and for all.
