[vip_students] message rules in oe

Hi All

I'm using jaws and outlook express. I've a new folder called vip news. I'd like 
to set up a message rule that will allow the vip news mails to go into their 
own folder. Could someone give me step by step instructions as to how to do 
this.Many thanks in advance for any help given.
