Hi Joe,
Glad to hear you got your issue sorted.
The sent from my iPhone text is an email signature.
After double tapping in the message body area, you should be able to double tap
again.
By doing this you will change the cursor from the end of the signature to the
beginning.
You might hear something like "cursor at beginning of document" and "cursor at
end of document" after you do a second double tap.
