I do this and get to the part where I have to 2 phones on phone switch and
Bluetooth on both phones but it keeps saying no device found is this because
there is no simm card in the new phone yet?

Hi. You need to go to menu, settings then in to phone switch on both
handsets and follow the on screen instructions.
