Joe,

Assuming you mean a new folder in "My Documents" and not under an existing
folder, here is what I do:

1.      Open My Documents

2.       Press control and space bar if the first folder is selected. This
will unselect it.

3.      Press the application key (second from the right on the standard
desktop keyboard)

4.      Press up-arrow  until you hear "New submenu"

5.      Press right-arrow and you should hear "Folder"

6.      Press enter and type in the name of the new folder

7.      Press enter and you are done!

hello friends, i'm using windows ten and jaws 17, i want to create a new
folder, when using windows xp and windows seven i always did control and N
and then gave the folder a name, but it doesn't seem to work with windows
