Hi. press insert N for the NVDA menu, then P for preferences then S for synthesisers. then press E for ESpeak and enter to activate. that should do it.

downloaded latest nvda and had it working on laptop.
shut down computer and then restarted it this morning, nvda is running but is not speaking.

have checked volume settings and nothing is muted
any help much appreciated.
