The user manual in NVDA is very clear and well laid out. If you view it as
given, you will be able to select the most relevant actions and learn the
keystrokes quickly that way.
Anyway, to answer your query, here is a good set of NVDA keystrokes that
might help you to get started.

By the way, NVDA + 1 on the main keyboard opens the keyboard help which
responds to any keystroke that you try with an explanation if that key has
any function in NVDA.
