what do you mean by bouncing back? is the message coming back to you? is the
message not being sent? you can only send and I message to somebody with an
Apple device. if the person does not have an Apple device then that might be
one good reason. go in to settings and messages and ensure you have it set so
that it will go as a text message if I message is I'm available.
