Hi Susan,
You probably have an older version of word. The attachment would have been
created in a newer version of word so you need to download a compatabilty
patch to enable you to access it. You'll find the download to the
compatability pack here http://tiny.cc/dp1wq just downlaod and run and it
should sort you out.
