Hi susan,

From the outlook Express message List:
-- Press control shift o to Go into tools | Options.
-- Shift+tab 1ce.
-- RightArrow about seven times to get to the Security tab control, and press the tab key to get into the dialogue here. -- Uncheck - that is, make sure that they are unchecked - checkboxes that mention digital ID's.
Then -- OK at the end of it.

Subject: [vip_students] sent box

hi folks,

for some reason when I'm in outlook express and I'm sending an email, it does not show up in my sent items folder, when I press alt s to send the email a dialog box comes up saying "you do not have a digital id if you send this message it will be sent properly but you will not be able to read it in your sent items folder, send any way"

this message doesn't come up if i forward or reply to a message just if i send a new message.

how do i know if my emails are getting out?
best wishes

Susan
