[vip_students] setting iPhone reminders

Hey all
I've had to set reminders on my phone, these reminders are repeat daily
reminders. my question is when i get the reminder, what do i do then, if i go
into it there is a check box that is unchecked, do i check this box to let the
phone know it has been done or leave it as is.
