[vip_students] spam blocking up my eircom.net server.

Hi listers,
I have a huge problem with a lot of spam e-mail blocking up the Eircom server.
This means that I am getting very few e-mails. Can anybody tell me how I could
solve this problem once and for all while keeping my current e-mail address? I
have been told that this spam will delete itself after a while, that people who
are sending me the spam now will eventually get tired of it? is this true.
Thanks for any help anyone can give me as this problem is beginning to get on
my nerves.
