Hi Joe,

Try this,
1. When the phone rings, press the "Home key" once which is the physical
button at the bottom of the IPhone screen
2. Now using "one finger" double tap on the screen, I usually find that
double tapping somewhere like the "bottom left or right corner of the IPhone
screen works best for me.
I feel what is happening is that your IPhone is asleep due to not being used
and pressing the home button just before you double tap will waken it up.
You won't be able to answer a call till the IPhone has been awoken.

Paul.

and i try to answer it i can't get it to work, what i'm saying is that the
phone rings, i double tap as instructed, swipe, double tap again, swipe,
swear, swipe, double tap, still the phone keeps ringing, i've tried swiping
on various parts of the screen, but i'm not having much luck, o yes,
everything else is coming along nicely, e mails, texts, etc. can anyone make
a suggestion as to what i'm doing wrong, take care, travel safely, joe.
