Hi Edel, If you are with eircom broadband then for both incoming and outgoing mails it is "mail1.eircom.net". If you are with another provider such as say for example, "BT" and you have an eircom email address you'd like to keep then it is as follows; Incoming mails, "mail1.eircom.net". for outgoing mails, it is "mail.iol.ie". As for outlook not displaying the addresses as you type them, I have no problem with this. It is working for me so I wonder, have you got any addresses stored in your outlook address book?. Also, I find that you have to type int he addresses of different people a few times and then outlook seems to take over on its own.
