Hi Tom, Here is what I have done on my system here at home and work. 1. go into the start menu then go to programs menu and down arrow to accessories. 2. Right arrow into accessories and then down arrow to entertainment. Right arrow in here and then down arrow to "volume control." 3. Don't press the enter key on the Volume control at this point but instead press your application key which is "third key out from right of spacebar". 4. From the resulting menu choose "properties" and press enter on it. 5. Now you will be in the properties of the volume control shortcut. Its in here we are going to set up a "shortcut key" which will give us quicker and easier access to the volume control whenever we need it. 6. Tab "once or twice" till you hear jaws say, "shortcut, hotkey, none" and in here just simply type in the "letter V". 7. Now when you have step 6 completed, tab key to the ok button and press the enter key to finish. Now you will be back on your desktop and to access the volume control, just press keys, "right alt key + letter V" and wait. A few seconds later the volume control will pop up. Usually if you tab once while in the volume control you will come to an up-down slider, just use your arrow keys to rise or lower this slider and that should do it for you. Good luck, Paul. -----Original Message----- From: vip_students-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:vip_students-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of O'Neill, Tom Sent: Wednesday, June 06, 2007 3:42 PM To: vip_students@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [vip_students] turning up and down the volume of jaws Hi Can someone give me the steps to turn up and down jaws when it is coming through the speaker of the c.p.u.
