Hi Vincent,
The WebVisum plug-in for Firefox might be able to help with those
captchas. As for selecting a region, try Ctrl+Ins+NumPadMinus to
tether JAWS to PC cursor, place the cursor over the text that should
be a link, and press NumPadSlash. Just a longshot.
Don't know of any groups for reporting inaccessible websites, sorry.
