Undoubtedly, Outlook is better than ‘Mail’ *if* you mean the native mail client
in Windows10. But if you mean Windows Live Mail, the source of Joe’s identified
difficulty, then that’s a matter of opinion. Microsoft Outlook is overkill for
a good many users, as well as not being free.
