[vip_students] word still slow opening

hi folks,
I emailed the list a few months ago about when I opened files it was taking
ages for them to open and the same thing when I do alt f4 to come out of it
again. this just happenings with word documents. I have files in excel but
it does not happen when I open and close these files.
any ideas please would be much appreciated
