Hi Christina,
I would feel confident in saying to you Christina that if the F6 key doesn't
work then there issome issue going on with your MS Office applications. F6 is
the key designated for moving through a word screen elements and should work.
I have used this keystroke for years and before sending you the reply the other
night I tested it out and it worked just fine.

Try making sure that your word screen is maximised. Do the following:
With a document open up on screen, press keys, "Left alt + spacebar" then down
arrow to "Maximise" and press "Enter key".
