The Chair of Applied Microeconomics at the Department of Economics of the University of Bern, Switzerland, invites applications for a full-time Post-Doc in environmental and climate economics with special emphasis on trade issues. Candidates should possess outstanding academic qualifications and should have research interest in microeconomics, in environmental and climate economics with focus on international trade in particular. Close cooperation with the Oeschger Centre for Climate Change Research (OCCR, <http://www.oeschger.unibe.ch>), the NCCR Climate (<http://www.nccr-climate.unibe.ch>) and the World Trade Institute (WTI, <http://www.wti.org>) is expected. Duties involve teaching and research at the Department of Economics as well as in the Graduate School of Climate Sciences (<http://www.climatestudies.unibe.ch>) both at the graduate and executive level. The language of instruction is English. A doctoral degree in economics is essential for this position.
