[wdmaudiodev] AVStream AudioInputMixer

I am writing an AVStream capture only device driver. The Master Input Mix
controls work but I am unable to get any of the Pin Line Input Mix controls
to work on the AudioInputMixer property page. I have defined pin
descriptors for one capture pin and two analog input pins. I have also
created the nodes and topology connections which according to KsStudio seem
to be right. Any ideas?
