[wdmaudiodev] Default wave device.

My AVStream filter with capture and render pins (plus line-in and speaker
pin = 4 pins total) and 2 nodes (DAC and ADC) isnt visible as audio device
in a system without other sound hardware. I want to use this wave device for
special purpose, so dont actually care about it being visible in volume
control applet etc. I also dont implement topology filter or volume nodes
(no hardware volume control is present anyway).
Maybe for default (first) wave device volume control and topology filter are
required? Does anyone know? What can I do to make my device visible for Wave
API?
