Even if I add KSPROPERTY_TYPE_GET to the table (it wasn't in the sample), I
never get a GET call or a BASICSUPPORT call for
KSPROPERTY_PIN_PROPOSEDDATAFORMAT. All I get are SET calls, and they all fail
because I'm being given a KSDATAFORMAT, when the sample is filled with
KSDATAFORMAT_WAVEFORMATEXTENSIBLE.
