[wdmaudiodev] Dynamic endpoint names

I'm developing a digital radio receiver card which will take a DAB+ ensemble
and create an audio capture endpoint for each station on the ensemble. It would
be really nice to use the station callsign as the name of the endpoint, but as
far as I can see, endpoint names have to be predefined in the inf file. Is
there any way around this?
