I understand that real errors may be related to different
mailfunctions but that is not a problem. The problem is that these
errors are returned by KS layer only, MME/WASAPI layers function fine,
no audible artifacts occur. It means either Windows Audio Engine knows
how to handle such errors properly (simply ignore, re-post the request
etc.) or they don't occur due to RTAudio usage instead of legacy KS.

Since I cannot reproduce such errors in my environment, using four
different USB audio devices, I cannot gather required details yet. :(
Most users I supplied with extended log producing applications, just
disappear and didn't reply. But there are some new users reporting the
problem.
