What is the application that is in-use?
What is the audio interface? If on-board audio on the PC, what is make/model of
the PC?
What API is the application using to talk to the audio interface?
How did you determine that something in Windows added latency?

Subject: [EXTERNAL] [wdmaudiodev] Questions about the Microsoft 10.0.18361.1
audio driver
Further to my earlier email about Windows 10 PC latency, my PCs have Window 10
Pro 1909 and Microsoft audio driver 10.0018361.1. How can I find out how
buffering it (the driver) has and is there are way to reduce to a level that is
just above the value that causes distortion of a 7 KHz analog bandwidth signal?
