I think there is a scribble in the document sysfx.doc page 9 in the
table
describing the different propery store values.
FriendlyName should have ID 4 and UserInterface ID 3 (so it does in the
sample on the next page).

GFX can be tied to WaveRT driver in Vista.
Does anybody know more about that:
