This should address the issue of how to get your device to uniquely identify itself. If the above isn't working or is but still doesn't address the issue let me know as I would like to understand why.

Because I'm I driver writer I would like try to fix the issue my the driver first.In my case I specify the present (currently plugged) ones, but I guess just removing the flag: DIGCF_PRESENT would do the job...
