I am building an intermediate audio driver. It seems to me that somewhere there is a document that catalogs all the I/O requests (major function codes etc.) and what the system expects as a result of the calls. But, for the life of me I can't find this document. Does such a spec exist for audio drivers? If so, where can I find it?
