Hi Tim, Thanks for your reply. Then, when a pin is created, it is handed the KSFILTER to > which it belongs. Usually, you will save the KSFILTER somewhere in the > context structure for your pin. That should be all you need. Yes, Yesterday I did the same thing. I was getting same PKSFILTER pointer in both dispatch routines. So I stored it in a table which is accessible through Pin's Dispatch as well as Filter's Dispatch routines. That way I got it working. I don't use "Wave Name" for filter identification any more.
