Hello Revan, > what exactly do you mean by "not supported"? As Vista was released, I noticed that it does not support installable (via Drivers32/Userinstallable.drivers) user-mode audio (wave) drivers properly. But today I have compiled a tiny fake user-mode MIDI driver DLL and installed it in 32-bit Win7 SP1. It seems like Win7 loads and calls the driver correctly, MIDI application see it. So maybe Vista had some bugs or MIDI drivers are supported differently that wave ones.
